Dale began his ministry as an evangelist while still studying at Southwestern Assemblies of God College taking one semester away from college to travel with his friend, Steve Deerman, as a team each preaching on alternating services.
Later he traveled with his wife singing with her and preaching. Then he traveled alone for several years as an evangelist, singer and musician. Partial records of his travels including dates, churches and towns where he conducted evangelistic services are on this web site.
His evangelistic ministry led him to travel in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Dale traveled for several years in this pickup while living full time in this Airstream travel trailer. It was his home and meant churches didn't need to pay for hotel accommodations and restaurant costs. It also meant he was able to have his belongings and equipment with him and have a private place to prepare for each evangelistic service.
